The historian Valentin Yordanov talks about the descendants of Poseidon, Zeus and Hades in Southern Thrace, Prof. Yordan Detev presented interesting facts on the occasion of 50 years of excavations near the Asenovgrad village of Muldava,
the ethnologist at the Historical Museum - Velingrad Georgi Kumanov presented the symbolism in ancient and modern times, and the archaeologist Asen Salkin shared the knowledge gained from the study of the Neolithic settlements from the Chepino region. The ambition of the organizers and participants was to establish a Society for the Preservation of Cultural Memory in the Rhodope region with the active interaction of local museums.
